Dear readers, we are glad to present you the new issue # 42 of OCA Magazine!
OCA MAGAZINE is a quarterly magazine published in London that connects Europe and Asia. The magazine has been published since 2009 by Silk Road Media Group with the support of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London).
In the new 42nd issue, experts shared their views on the fifth term of the presidency of the President of Tajikistan – Emomali Rahmon. They analyzed the foreign and domestic policies pursued by the incumbent president and reported on the achieved successes. Also, exclusively in OCA Magazine, we presented the first anti-prize of the Eurasian Film Festival, which was awarded to the Belarusian film “Yanka Kupala”. British director and film critic Michael Sagatis shares his comments on this in the article.
